Two friends.
One conviction.

Ficus Investments was founded in Athens in 2018 by Barak Baum and Gal Itzhak Ninio, old friends with decades of combined experience across real estate in Israel, Greece and the United States.

What began with a first trade in Mets and a single boutique hotel in Psiri has grown into a group of companies spanning development, project management and hotel operations, with teams on the ground in Athens and Tel Aviv, and a track record that runs from acquisition to exit.
